Britney Spears and Kevin Federline have agreed to share custody of their two young children after the popstar takes them with her to Miami for a week.
Spears, 25, was permitted to have 15-month-old Sean Preston Federline and four-month-old Jayden James Federline with her in Florida until Thursday. After that, Federline will be allowed to visit the children at Spears' home from noon to 4 p.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays between January 12 and 31.
The stipulated agreement says that the only people present during the visits will be Spears, Federline, a nanny, Spears’ personal assistant, and household staff. The goal is to ensure that no-one interferes with Federline’s time with his kids.
The arrangement only applies for the month of January.
Spears filed for divorce on November 7 and is seeking sole custody of the children. Federline is doing the same.
