During a naughty weekend out on the town Britney is photographed scantily clad; fans at the Staples Center boo her

If there’s an award titled Poster Child for Overkill and Excess it should go to Britney Spears. The pop princess was at it again partying her face off in Hollywood but earning boos at the Staples Center.

According to ET online (a reputable source if ever there was one), Spears went to a Lakers/Wizards basketball game with her agent and her little sister, Jamie Lynn. They all left before halftime after Spears’ image appeared on the Jumbotron and basketball fans reportedly booed. They must be tired of reading all about her, hearing all about her and seeing her everywhere. (Although here I am writing about her yet again!)

On Friday, Britney stepped out for her mother's birthday party, wearing a see-through black lace dress that exposed her hot-pink bra and black underwear. Naturally paparazzi fell over themselves to get the latest shots of Spears (did I mention she has two infant sons?).

After eating at Dominick’s Spears headed to a club where she apparently jumped on-stage for an impromptu strip-tease. No word on whether or not she took it all off. Frankly, given her history, it would be news if she kept anything on.

My 2 cents – Spears is having a very public breakdown. Having worked through her teen years she’s acting out in her twenties and trying to remember what it was like to be young, unencumbered, and unknown. Too late, sister, you had your chance. Plus she’s trashy.

On her website Spears writes that she’s looking forward to making music in 2007, saying, “I look forward to a new year, new music and a new me. I'm just getting started..."

God help us.

My concern with all of this is that she's out there partying all night and not caring for her 3 month old. I mean, she just had a BABY in September!! I didn't leave my infants overnight at all--even ...
