While models, singers, actresses and otherwise famous females blossom during pregnancy, they are often photographed weeks later looking remarkably svelte.
While the world watches and waits for the debut of celebrities after they give birth, it is fair to say that a great majority of women in the public spotlight work feverishly to lose their pregnancy weight. Within weeks, many are photographed looking remarkably skinny. How They Are Losing WeightMany wealthy moms have access to live-in chefs, personal trainers and complete home gym equipment. They also have a plethora of assistants, managers, agents and others subtly whispering in their ear that in X amount of time, she’s got to Look Good. Who Is To Blame? Are these women solely responsible for compromising their health to lose their pregnancy weight so quickly? Or is the relentless scrutiny of the media to blame? Paparazzi follow celebrities everywhere, vying to get the most damaging shots—from underneath, from behind—any way that might catch a famous mom looking other than her best. It can be difficult to ignore the roaring of the crowds when you know that these people pay for you to look your most beautiful and brightest. Perhaps if the media were a more forgiving sort, then celebrity mothers would not have to resort to practically starving themselves in the weeks after their bodies are already struggling to naturally heal from childbirth.
