Aniston is leaving her Malibu beach house for a swank property in Beverly Hills
I can't explain it but I've got Jennifer Aniston on my mind. Maybe it's all the magazine covers stating that she's pregnant or that she and Vince broke up (not true!) or that she got breast implants (also not true!).
But what is true is that she's moving on, literally.
For the first time since Jenn's break-up with Brad Pitt, she's bought a house. It's in Beverly Hills and the price-tag was out of my reach, $15-million (USD).
According to the L.A. Times, the place was built in the 1970s and is being rebuilt while in escrow. It's a one-storey place on half an acre, has six bedrooms and seven bathrooms and more than 9,000-square-feet. (My hubby and I are living in a 1,300-square-foot condo in Orange County so I'm more than envious of the idea of space!
Since Jenn and Brad broke up almost two years ago, Jenn's been leasing a two-bedroom home in Malibu. I remember reading in Vanity Fair that she was paying between $25,000 to $30,000 (USD) a month. A month! Apparently, the rent was scheduled to rise to $100,000 on a month-to-month lease. Ulp.
